France, a late 18th century bronze and marble figural mantel clock, the base on toupie feet and with gilt bronze, bas relief plaque featuring putti in the clouds playing various musical instruments, the ends with standing, patinated putti flanking a central, ormolu mounted marble plinth with cylindrical clock case surmounted by a putto with torch and bird, roman numeral white enamel dial with inner date chapter, and large, two train brass movement with recoil escapement and count wheel striking on a bell
