**First Time At Auction**
West Africa, Benin, Ghana, or Nigeria, ca. early to mid-20th century CE. A cast bronze figure of a stylized man standing upon slender legs, holding scepter rods or weapons in his hands. Upon his head is a traditional flat discoidal headdress with vertical prongs. Nice patina and toning to the surface. Size: 2.5" L x 1.5" W x 8.5" H (6.4 cm x 3.8 cm x 21.6 cm)
Provenance: ex-Stein collection, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, USA, acquired prior to 2010
