Description
Four Rookwood two-tone glaze pottery bowls, comprising a tapering bowl with a dished rim,1921, with Egyptian turquoise exterior and mat brown interior, marked 2256B; a petal rim bowl,1922, having a mat ivory exterior and an Egyptian turquoise interior, marked 2576; a footed petal form bowl, 1925, with an ivory exterior and an Egyptian turquoise interior, marked 2235d; and a low petal rim bowl, 1937, having a celadon exterior and a coral interior, marked 2739D, all having the Rookwood logo. Tapering bowl approx: h. 4.25", dia. 9.75". Petal: h. 2.75", dia. 7.75". Footed petal: h. 3", dia. 5.75". Low petal: h. 1.25", dia. 6.25".
Condition
Largest bowl with an approx.33" tight hairline on outside of rim. Not distracting. No other chips, cracks, or losses noted.
