Cotton floral wreath quilt, all hand appliqued and hand quilted, with hand embroidered accents. The quilt is signed and dated "2008" on the back. It measures 90" X 100" and is in excellent, never washed condition, with light surface dirt along a fold line, a small, inconspicuous spot, and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall. The hand quilting is exceptional, with quilting around and within the applique and in elabrorate floral, wreath, leaf, straight line, and other designs in the background, all at 10 stitches to the inch. At the top, there is an densely quilted, detailed bird cage with the door open near the two blue birds. The back is white, the hand stitched binding is pink, and the batting is thin.
