Off-white to light tan pages, scattered fox marks. Cover: Bob Forgione. Art: Art Capello, Bob Forgione, Dick Giordano. Overstreet: "Classic decapitation story." GPAnalysis: No reported sales in this grade. A 4.0 sold for an underperforming $74 in March 2020; more recently, a 6.0 sold for $560 in August 2020. PBA sold a raw 3.0 for $175 in February 2022.
Featuring Bob Forgione's crudely-rendered classic "Jibaro Madness," a Charlton story that competes with Superior's nutty offerings for sheer random insanity. In one sequence, a Jivaro headhunter uses a potion to shrink a sexy blonde to doll size; her clothes don't shrink with the rest of her, and the Jivaro clutches her squirming naked body in his sweaty mitt. The blonde and her equally tiny companions manage to behead their captor in a cartoonishly gruesome panel, then they hollow out a tropical melon and use it as a basket to carry their grisly trophy. The story ends abruptly when a spider eats the tiny nude blonde and her hapless chums.
