Light spine stress, dampsoiling to covers and pages at spine area with warping to paper, tiny chips to bottom right corner of front cover, 1cm x 3mm chip to bottom corner area of back cover affecting most pages, small dogeared tear to bottom edge of back cover, bottom staple rusty with rust migration. Off-white pages. Cover: Bob Lubbers. Art: Jack Cole, Gus Ricca, Leonard Starr, Ralph Mayo. GPAnalysis: No reported sales in this grade in 20 years. Only one sale since 2011 (a 9.0 "Promise Collection" copy sold for $2400 in September 2021).

Lubbers cover: Jailbird and jailbait are poised to perforate a lawman tracing their tracks. Inside, a killer in drag wears lipstick, a blonde wig, and false boobs to fool the fuzz, and in Jack Cole's story, a crook shoots a cop in the head and seems to aim another shot at the cop's gonads, with testicular tragedy averted when the bullet bounces off the cop's belt buckle. Ralph Mayo's "The Phantom of Marco's Villa" enters horror territory, with a vengeful ghost and a lurid bondage panel showing a black-clad babe bound in a cave full of skeletons and bats.
