John James Audubon (American, 1785-1851), "Shelby's Fly Catcher", plate IX, hand-colored engraving with aquatint, from The Birds of America, plate engraved by William Home Lizars (Scottish, 1788-1859), printed and colored by Robert Havell, Sr. (British, 1769-1832), "Alex. Drysdale, Edinburgh" framer label on backing board, trimmed sheet 22 in. x 14 3/4 in., framed. Condition: Overall fair condition. Ext. Frame: 40 in. x 30 1/4 in. x 1 in.
