Rare leaflet laying bare the aims and purpose of the Russian nation, then operating under the name of the Soviet Union. The nature of the Russian government, whether communistic or kleptocratic, is analyzed and revealed, shown by such actions as the "4 to 5 million Ukrainian peasants starved to death during 1932-1933 due to the new collectivization policy... some 8000 people of Greek origin living on the Peninsula of Kertsh... were arrested and sent to the Polar Circle, so the whole ethnic group was annihilated... followed by the destruction of the Ukrainian Catholic Church in the Western and Carpathian Ukraine... At present genocide is applied to the three forcibly incorporated Baltic States - Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania..."
