Antique and extremely rare early Navajo Chiefs Blanket, with two complete centrally-placed medallion motifs. Mid 19th Century. All known Chiefs blankets have just one complete central medallion making this an exceptionally rare Chiefs Blanket Size: 137 cms x 97 cms (53'9 ins x 38'1 ins). Condition

I believe the blue border of the two medallions have been repaired in many areas and part of the red (not the two strips in the meddle ) I believe this lot was larger than this size as I believe it has been cut at for sizes. The edges has been bound!
