Description
This set of paired vases are two signature styles of Ben Owen I (Master Potter). Both are glazed in his white Eggshell glaze, from circa 1980 and with one of his favorite glazes & popular glazes, but not commonly found today. One vase is decorated with what Ben called 'Dogwood' decorative little handles (at Jugtown have had a different name). Stands 5.5" tall. The second is an egg vase. Stands 4.5" tall. Both are 3.5" max width & signed with his block stamp on the base. Note: those are original price tags on the base of these two vases, a couple of the Lots #277-279 also have the original business cards from the shop at that time. One lot has the b-card pictured.
Condition
Excellent condition with no apparat flaws or defects. All pottery is inspected and we do our best to note any issues. Look closely at photos and come see in person if you have questions call.
