Blue Pipe Dream by Hugo Scheiber depicts a man in blue smoking a pipe and was created most likely when Hugo was focused on Futurism and Expressionism in the 1920s/1930s. The piece is oil on artist board and signed by Scheiber on lower right - Scheiber H. Initially, Scheiber was a sign painter and did Impressionist paintings. However, Hugo's style changed to Futurist and Art Deco later in his career. Hugo Scheiber work is in collections and museums across the World including the Hungarian National Gallery and his art continues to be exhibited well after his death. This oil great overall condition and comes in gold painted frame. Dimensions: Framed: 20.75 inches x 16.75 inches. Scheiber art has sold for over $500,000 at auction.
