19 Century German KPM Hand Painted Porcelain Plaque After Murillo
The unsigned hand painted image after a painting titled "The Melon Eaters" by Bartolome Estaban Murillo (Spanish, 1647-1682). The porcelain plaque bears the KPM impressed sceptre mark on the back and measures apprx. 10 x 7-3/4 in., framed in a pierced and gilt frame with a rose color velvet liner overall apprx. 13-1/4 x 11-1/2 in.
