E.F. Caldwell & Co - Bronze / Velvet Bookends -This is a pair of bookends by E.F Caldwell of New York. Gilt Bronze mounted over red velvet depicting a family crest or coat of arms. Measuring 6" tall x 5" wide. Does show signs of wear/water damage (see pictures). Edward F. Caldwell & Co., of New York City, was one of the premier designers and manufacturers of electric light fixtures and decorative metalwork from the late 19th to the mid-20th centuries. This piece believed to be from aprox 1912-1918. Ships from Las Vegas, NV.
