The porcelain potted in moon vase, thick and tall, flat globular on lower belly, emerging ruyi flanked on the neck, raised on rectangle foot base slight concave. Warm and uniform tea dust glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Tea powder glaze is one of the important varieties of iron crystal glaze in ancient China. The Iridescent Green pale, gilt splashes and streaks characteristic of this glaze are described as yao bian, or transmutation glaze and resulting from transmutation of colloidal copper, iron, or other metallic materials into suffusions breaking up the glaze surface.The Under bears a reign mark, a six under glazed red script characters reign marks. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
