Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Tea Dust Glazed Porcelain Conjoined Vases. The porcelain potted in large vase shape, thick and tall, abdomen octagonal mid body, tall cylindrical neck, round wide flaring mouth lip, raised on a short ring foot base with slight concave, cojoined three vase be one. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered all in tea dust design color. Tea powder glaze is one of the important varieties of iron crystal glaze in ancient China. It is made of iron oxide as colorant and fired by high temperature reduction flame. The glaze is devitrified. The glaze color is yellow green and mixed like tea powder. Green is called tea, yellow is called powder.
The Under-base bears a reign mark, a Carved Six Seal script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
