Octavo, blue-gray board cover with silver-lettering to spine and cover, with dust jacket; together with a card of admission to a meeting of the Poetry Society of South Carolina, to hear the author speak, and signed by Gertrude Stein and Alice Toklas. Note: Stein would speak at South Carolina Society Hall at 72 Meeting Street on February 13, 1935, as part of her lecture series through the South. Stein and Toklas stayed at the Villa Margherita while in the city. Approx: 8.75" x 6".
