Finely hand painted trinket jewelry storage box of Russian cultural art. Lid graced with a fairy tale folklore outdoor landscape featuring a horse drawn chariot, man on horseback and castle against a crisp black ground. Border around the art work and the base of the box with gold painted embellishments. Interiors with a bright red lacquered finish. Signed lower left corner and right corner. Back with paper sticker with an archer in a circle hallmark with hand written text in Russian script.
