A large Chinese celadon blue glaze vase with lion, dating from the 19th century. Foo lion theme with large foo lion surrounded by three smaller foo lions among cloud shapes. Handles on neck also resemble two opposing foo lions facing each other. With a large, wide mouth and rounded foot.

Condition: good condition overall for age and use, with impact V shaped crack and chip to part of the mouth rim.
