Description

This is a great example of an American ship engine order telegraph. This piece is clearly marked on the glass dial, Jos. Harper & Son Co. New York, NY. The entire piece measures approximately 44.5 inches tall, the head is 12 inches wide and the base is 11 inches wide. This example has a handle on both sides, which moves the arrow to indicate the engine room command. The glass dial is in excellent shape on one side, the other is cracked. Overall weight is approximately 110 pounds. The original electrical box with old plug is still present on the side. Please note that due to its size and will need to be shipped via a freight company or picked up at Nations Attic facility in Wichita, KS.
