This French clock is made of root wood and is enriched with a fillet in lemongrass marquetry. It has a front with a simple architectural composition, with a façade topped by a semicircular arch raised on a moulded base. The dial, with Roman numerals (on the hours) and Breguet-type hands, is bordered by a gilt-bronze foliate border.
