Augsburg, signed, early 18th c. Gold-plated brass case, hexagonal shape, small rectangular window on each side, standing on 3 feet, engraved top, the striking bell is on the base. Dial: silver engraved, signed: "Mair Fecit", hands: gold-plated brass. Movement: With climbing wheel escapement, fusee and chain, large circular balance, steel hairspring, loose windings, large toothed base balance cock made of brass, re-drilled and engraved, hour striking mechanism over locking disk, mechanism fully engraved, signed on the plate. 9 x 14 x 12 cm
