Vintage original 1976' Swiss Reuge wooden musical jewelry box, inlaid wood decorations, red velvet inside; the musical movement plays Italian Turna a Surriento.

This box measures c.7" in length by 5" in width and 3.1/4" in height including the feet [17.8cm x 12.7cm x 8.2cm]. Some aging of varnish, a few small surface scratches, a little wear, very good condition.

Since 1865, Reuge manufactures traditional music boxes in the Swiss mountains - a carefully composed mechanical music movement housed in an elegant wooden box with or without wood inlay.
