Two-item lot consisting of an Edison Primary Battery and a five-socket circuit demonstration board. Battery embossed on lid with June 17, 1890, and April 4, 1911, patent dates and other information including trademark Edison umbrella signature; no letter designation on lid. Crack on battery lid; no plates or remnants of plates; binding posts not original. Circuit demonstration board has metal tag of the Central Scientific Co., Chicago, Illinois. Sockets marked with catalog number and specifications on base. Board appears complete and in excellent condition. From the Howard Hazelcorn collection.
