Description

Half Plate Tintype of Two Young Gentlemen, dated 1857. Two well dressed men pose in the photographer's studio with cigars in hand. Plate measures 5.5x4.25''. Comes in an A.P. Critchlow Brown Composition Case with original label. Inscribed date of photograph is April 21, 1857. Excellent condition; some wear in margins where oval mat covers image and bend at top left corner of image. Case in excellent condition.
