ALBERT COLES "LEAF / SHELL" ENGRAVED COIN SILVER FISH SERVING UTENSILS, LOT OF TWO, pattern introduced in 1850, each having ornate engraved decoration and a personalized engraving to handle, comprising a fish server featuring a seaside landscape with a building and a sailboat surrounded by foliate motifs and a fish along one edge, and a fish serving fork with pierced accents and foliate motifs. Each with a maker's mark to back of handle. Total weight: 6.155 ozt. Albert Coles / Albert Coles & Co., New York City, NY. Mid/third quarter 19th century. 9 3/8" and 11 7/8" L.
