A collection of black and white antique etchings of different academic art printed by Gebbie and Co, a British photogravure workshop which was most prominent in the 1880-1890s. The engravings were commissioned by Goupil and Cie, a French auction house. A total of three items. Jules Garnier, The King Amuses Himself. Edouard Detaille, Reconnoitring. Dimensions: Biggest 14 1/2" x 10 1/2" in. Smallest 12 7/8" x 9 3/4" in. All measurements are approximate.
Condition
Overall good antique condition. Signs of age and wear. Yellowing, stains, spots, damage at the edges and on the corners. Refer to photos. Sold As Is.
