The whole supported on legs of cabriole square section on hoofed foot. This Chinese Arhat Day Bed gives a strong and antique impression of luxury. It has distinctive form and elegant ornamentation. It is intact, with exquisite mortise-tenon technique. Huanghuali, or yellow flowering pear wood, Originally know as huali or huali, the color can range from reddish-brown to golden-yellow. The sweet fragrance of huali distinguishes it from the similar appearing but pungent-adored hardwood.
