Carved unto a round shape box, with correspondence lid, raised from round sides over a wide cavetto Inner flange circumscribed around the containers lip allows for a perfect fitment on the each rim. The body carved detail of abundant flowers bloom, foliage and interlocking tendril surround the surface. The Cinnabar is smooth to the touch and is free of cracks or damage. Deep red color gives off a waxy sheen as the light dapples across its surface. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed red script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
