Description
Small caliber Rim fire 1860s single shot pistol. Very worn. Someone spent a lot of time repairing this little terror. The hammer and trigger are hand crafted 20th century restorations. The hammer spring is so strong I can barely cock it. No markings. The hammer and trigger were custom hand fashioned from modern steel which required A LOT of work. Overall NRA - fair condition. Functions poorly. The movable breech is loose and wobbly. Metal is cleaned steel grey with no markings. No finish remains. Still... kind of an appealing little gun which could have been carried in a gambler-s vest pocket, or a sporting house woman-s garter.
