Framed Mary Robbins Lithograph Print Of Some Homes. The original was part of her sketchbook drawings series. The framed litho is approx 16 3/4" x 1" x 15" and weighs 3.5lbs. The print is approx 11 3/4" x 9 1/4". The framed print is in a good, vintage condition with some wear on the frame and discoloration/markings near the bottom of the matting. Please see the photos as they are part of the description. Cape Ann artist, Mary Robbins (Murphy) was born on March 7, 1919, and died on June 27, 2008, at the age of 89. Early art training for Mary began with her artist father, Arthur E. Perham, bringing her to Cape Ann to draw and paint. Later, she studied with Polly Nordell of Boston and John Chetcuti of Rockport, MA. Working alongside Cape Ann artists, including Emile Gruppe, Stanley Woodward, and Aldro Hibbard she developed her impressionist style.
