Marry, and treasurer Samuel Wallerton. Not cancelled. Green border, black print, gold seal, and locomotive vignette. Printer obscured by seal. 8.5 x 11.5" Folds, creases. According to a January 29th, 1897, St. Louis Globe article, the company was building a line from San Geronomo on the National Tehuantepec Road to Tapachula on the Guatemalan frontier to open up coffee and mineral lands. JD McClellan is manager. They plan on continuing in Central America after reaching Tapachula.
