German rectangular porcelain plaque of Antigone and Ismene, late 19th/20th century, impressed "344" on verso, finely painted after Emil Teschendorff, with a three-quarter length portrait of Antigone in black robes holding a Grecian urn accompanied by her devoted sister Ismene, with paper backing, circa 1890. [Art: 8" H x 6 1/4" W; Frame: 11" H x 9" W]. In good condition.
