English, first half of 20th century. Carved mahogany Marlborough arm chair in the Chippendale taste. having green velvet upholstery with animal needlework panels, blind fretwork, and rising on front straight legs with "H" stretcher. Unmarked. Approx. h. 38.0", w. 30", d. 28".

Condition

No apparent stains or tears to upholstery; some wear to arms; minor scratches to wood; frame is structurally sound.
