Attributed to Howard Mehring, it does not have a COA. Medium: acrylic painting. 34 x 28 inches. Provenance: private owner.
Biography: 1931 - 1978. Howard Mehring studied at Wilson Teacher's College and received his master of Fine Arts degree from Catholic University American National Institute for the Arts and Letters. He also studied with Kenneth Noland. Mr. Mehring has exhibited at Carnegie Institute in Pittsburgh in 1962.His work is in the collections of Soloman Guggenheim Museum, Museum of Modern Art, The Chase Manhattan Bank and Corcoran Gallery in Washington, D.C.
