Description
McKee (and Brothers) Glass Company (American, 1853-1983), pattern introduced 1887. Extensive one-hundred and three piece "Yale" (designed by Julius Proeger, 1887) early American patterned pressed colorless glass tableware service comprising: twenty-two circular dishes or berry bowls (dia. 5.5"), twelve smaller circular dishes/bowls (dia. 4.25"), twelve footed dishes/bowls (h. 2", dia. 4"), three celery/olive dishes (w. 9", d. 6"), one celery/olive dish (w. 8", d. 5.25"), ten tumblers (h. 3.75"), nineteen footed goblets (h. 6"), three pedestal cake plates (h. 6.75", dia. 10"), two large compotes (h. 7.5", dia. 8"), one medium compote (h. 7.25", dia. 8"), one small covered compote (h. 11.25", dia. 7"), three small compotes (h. 6.75", dia. 7"), two pitchers (h. 8.75"), three cream jugs (5.5"), two covered sugar bowls (h. 8", dia. 4.25"), three spooners (h. 5", dia. 3.25"), one covered butter (h. 6", dia. 7.25"), one serving bowl, (h. 3.25", dia. 10.5"), and one low cake plate (h. 0.50, dia. 10"). Note: This pattern is also known as "Crow Foot" and "Turkey Track".
