Description
Pair of vintage Majolica Planters, 19th century, circular planter 12 inches tall and 13.5 inch diameter, includes original base, square planter with variety of markings to the base, designers appear to have been George Jones around 1875 and Minton & Co. in 1867, respectively.
Condition
Good condition with some age; dirty from normal all season outdoor use causing the outer glaze to ripple or peel off in places; the square planter with a small crack to a bottom corner that appears to have been patched up with a little glue; other possible restoration.
