Two French parlor chairs with caned backs and sets with matching newer upholstered seats and pillows. Both with carved wooden frames. The small chair with fluted and tapered legs - missing small piece of gesso across the top, losses to caning on seat, sides and back (see photos) - but the frame appears all original and in good condition - probably early to mid 19th century - 20"W x 31"H x 21 1/2"D; the larger chair with good caning on seat and back, and has carved arms and carved cabriole legs - repair to back leg, else very good condition, late 19th to early 20th century - 25"W x 21"D x 38 1/2"H.
