Chu Wei-Bor Woodcut, Pin-An Building in the Bamboo Town. This is an original woodcut print by Chu Wei-Bor (Chinese, 1929-2018). Chu was committed to modern art, and incorporated ideas from Daoism into his work. This piece is entitled Pin-An Building in the Bamboo Town, was made in 1978, and is number 15 out of 60. It depicts a busy corner of town, teeming with life. It is signed, dated, titled, and numbered at the bottom. A lovely modern piece for a fan of woodblock printing.
