Quilled Belt (Tumpline?), 19th century
hide, quills, steel beads, cotton fabric, and thread, 30.5 x 1.5 x 0.125 in (77.5 x 3.8 x 0.2 cm)
hide strap decorated with dyed and natural quills in complex geometric patterns;
steel bead trim.
