Three Pieces of Pre-Columbian Style Pottery, consisting of an oval bowl with figural supports; a large figure of a man with a tooth ache and a circular head form jar, Tooth ache- H.- 17 1/2 in., W.- 7 in., D.- 4 1/2 in. Provenance: Palmira, the Estate of Sarkis Kaltakdjian (Sarkis Oriental Rugs), Prairieville, Louisiana. (3 Pcs.)
Condition
Condition consistent with age. The black bowl is stone painted black with chipping to the paint and one chip to the stone along the rim. Tall figure has split in half and been glued back together with ship to the proper right foot. Piece that is just the head is missing much of its proper left ear.
