**In overall very good condition. The arms, legs and back are all tight. The adjustable back mechanism works as designed.

The piece exhibits normal shrinkage, mars, evidence of minor past repairs and blemishes consistent with age and use. The finish is worn and thin in places.

The upholstery is in very good condition with no apparent tears or notable soiling.
