Description

Rare set of antique gilt bronze horse bookends, by Jennings Brothers Manufacturing Company, with original patina. Approximate dimensions: 6.5”W x 2.5”D x 6.5”H (each). In 1890, the Jennings Brothers Metal Foundry opened in Bridgeport, Connecticut. They continued business into the early 1950s and produced some of the finest handcrafted metal art pieces ever made during the Arts and Crafts period.
