Description
A Chinese qingbai jade carving of a beast, dating from the qing dynasty. The carved beast is depicted lying on its side, with its head to the left. the jade has a few natural dark spots within the green jade around the beast's head. A ruyi sceptre curves from the beast's back forwards into his mouth.
