Gunther Temech
Gunther Temech(1942-2010) was born in Austria where he received a diploma from the Academy of Art. He has live and worked in Vienna, Munich, and Paris, after which he moved to New York. The cosmopolitan scene of New York City influenced Temech through its open culture and the daily scene. Nevertheless, he enjoys his European roots and returns there on a regular basis. His exhibition resume features solo shows in Austria, Switzerland, France and the USA. His work has been described as highly original and inventive. Among his collectors are actor Jack Palance and singer Julio Iglesias. Temech also enjoys the honor of being in the Albertina Museum in Vienna.
