Second quarter 19th century. Two are Sheraton. One poplar and cherry with applied molding around lid, corner posts with turned legs and orange-brown grain paint. Age splits and wear, 22.25"h. Other is poplar with applied molding around lid (right side missing), corner posts with turned legs and red-brown grain paint. Wear, age splits, broken hinges and loss, 23"h. Together with a pine six-board chest, dovetailed case, interior lidded till and reddish paint with chevron pattern. Wear and repairs, 20"h.
