Vignette of railroad station and locomotives, as well as allegorical vignettes incorporated into the border. Signed by president Robert Coleman and the company secretary Charles Denning. Printed by ABN. Incorporated in 1879. Main line stretched from Jacksonville to the St. Johns River port of Sanford, where the separately-owned South Florida Railroad continued to Tampa.
