Alcoa Mid-Century Modern Aluminum Chess Set, 1962
Designed by Austin Cox
King is 17.7 cm and Pawn 9.5 cm high
Each milled aluminum piece is stamped "Austin Enterprises 1962," the original year these sets were released by Alcoa as gifts to their VIP customers.
Black side is partially anodized with a natural front finish and White is natural aluminum bar.
