This Vintage Farmhouse Dough Bowl with Three Legs, is a rare find. A dough bowl, sometimes called a trencher, is a wooden vessel used to mix bread dough. Dating back to colonial times, these bowls were found in every home, and were carved from a large piece of wood. It stands 22" tall, and has a 16.5" diameter. PHOTO NOTE the first two pictures had too much flash 3-the end shows the real color. It does have a dry crack in the bowl from age as shown in the pictures.
