Frame: 35 1/2 x 26 x 2 1/4 in.

The relined condition in overall good condition. With small abrasions along the outer edges of the canvas. Examination under UV light reveals slight restoration along the same outer edges. With minor restoration in the background at upper left. With some minor retouching along the silhouette of the man's coat at left. See specialist's pictures for more details.
