Pair of Otto Fried Modernist Paintings Oil on Canvas. This lot includes two paintings by, Otto Fried (American, b.1922). One depicts a man leaning with his shirt off. The other painting depicts a house painter in uniform standing in front of his ladder and bucket. They are both done in a wispy, impressionistic style and they have a primary pallet with pops of saturated color. There is a gallery tag on the back of both frames.

Dimensions of the larger painting are 50 in h x 28 in w x .75 in d and the dimensions of the smaller painting are 39.25 in h x 23 in w x 1.5 in d. Condition is good. The painting of the shirtless man is missing the right side of its floating frame. There is some scuffing on the rest of the frame and on the stretcher bars.
